Report a wrong or outdated fact

Every fact links to the page it was quoted from, so you can check it yourself. If something is wrong or out of date, write to us through the contact page with:

  1. The plan (for example Neon Free) and the fact that is wrong.
  2. The official page that shows the correct value.

The fact is checked against the provider's own page and corrected in a reviewed change, which appears in the change feed labelled as a correction, so anyone who relied on the old record can see what was wrong.

For providers

Providers can claim their listings, propose corrections with evidence and keep their facts current. Verification of a listing and clearly labelled sponsored placements are paid; rankings are never affected. Get in touch through the contact page.
